In the Life Mantra health journey, we tackle various topics every week. This week our topic is Happiness – Smile. If you want to be in total health and achieve holistic health you need to smile and be happy all time. We are going to discuss happiness and smile in this blog. Happiness is the foundation of health and smile is the most pleasing five-letter word. Smile increases the value of our face so, be happy, continue smiling, and laughing. With your smile, you are giving a message to the world that you are fit and fine. Happiness is important for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Science says we need 17 muscles for a smile but 46 muscles for frowning so think what is easy to smile or to frown? Take your smile wherever you go. Average child smiles 400 times a day that is why he/she is happy and healthy. Everyone is attracted to a child due to his/her charm and charisma. If you want that charm and charisma in you, then you need to be happy and smile all time. One survey says those who smile live a long healthy life, please think about it. Smile and live a healthy long life. Smile and spread your smile as its contagious, help people by spreading it. You will be more calm, relaxed, and healthy if you are happy. You attract positivity by a smile, it helps you become more social. Happiness and smiling play an important role in your success.

  • First smile if you want to be happy.
  • Learn to accept things and focus on what is in your control.
  • Forget bad or sad past, find past mistakes, and learn from them.
  • Forgive yourself and others for past mistakes.
  • Be social, mix, and mingle with people.
  • Spend money on good experiences, not materialistic things.
  • Speak up and confess wherever required.
  • Exercising and physical activities will release happy hormones – endorphin.
  • Be a giver – give, donate that will give you happiness.
  • Peaceful 7/8 hours sleep.
  • Meditation and work on the subconscious mind.
  • Nurture your hobbies.
  • Drink coffee/green-tea – antioxidants anti-inflammatory and releases dopamine feel-good experience.
  • Decide to be healthy if you want to be healthy then don’t be dependent on others for your happiness.
