              Everyone dreams of Long healthy life. But in reality, how many people can achieve it? Our ancestors used to live for 80-100 years. Many people used to die after 100 years that to natural death not because of any illness.  Today maximum people get heart attack in 25-30 years of age, diabetes and blood pressure are very common nowadays.

               Nowadays due to our advanced lifestyle, over ambitions, very busy life schedules, nature’s balance is totally collapsed, and it directly affected our health. It disturbed balance in Mind, Body and Soul, leads to physical, mental and emotional disorders. Changed habits, increased expectations and pollution in everything leads to various disorders.
