People always ask me, how to achieve what you want in your life?  How to be successful in life? How to achieve goals? Frankly speaking, there is no formula for success. To achieve success in anything you need to ask your self 3 questions: What, Why, and How.

  • What do you want in your life? – Goal.
  • Why you want it? An what if you don’t achieve it?.
  • How can you achieve it?

We conduct workshops and provide personalized programs to our students and patients for the last 20/22 years. We wanted to share some tips regarding the same.

Steps to success:

  • Find your “WHY” in life. If you don’t have a fixed goal, success is difficult. The first step is to find your “reason” or “purpose” in life. Once you have that things will become clearer. A strong purpose will help you will achieve what you want. Self- motivation is key.
  • Have a proper “Plan” to achieve your goals. This includes organization, managing time, prioritizing tasks, focusing on your goal, and keep distractions away.
  • Being in the present and forgetting past failures is essential. You also need to learn to forgive people, blaming others, and worrying about the future.
  • Introspection is beneficial. Give yourself time for retrospection and it will increase your creativity and productivity.
  • Be strong mentally, stop taking stress, and don’t get demotivated or hurt easily. Help others with their stress you will forget yours.
  • Be responsible, don’t blame other people or situations for your failure.
  • Always be grateful for everything and everyone. Give gratitude to things, people, situations, your mind, and your body.
  • Express your emotions without any expectations. Read books or listen to audiobooks/podcasts daily to keep yourself knowledgeable and motivated.
  • Write daily. This will increase concentration, and give you control over your thoughts along with helping you discipline your thoughts.
  • Be a listener, listen to other people’s views. If you listen to people without they will listen to you. This will improve your relations.
  • Ask queries, show interest, learn new things related to your work. These things will give you solutions to your problems.
  • Be a learner. Learn at least one new thing daily. It could be as simple as learning a new word.
  • Be courageous. Don’t lose any opportunities, challenge yourself!
  • Help others to fulfill or achieve their goals, their desires, dreams, ultimately you will achieve what you want. Think about others first. Be giver.
  • Be physically strong. Take good care of your physical health.
  • Sleep properly, 7 to 8 hours peaceful sound sleep is necessary, it will increase your concentration, focus, and productivity.
  • Exercise is a must for your body muscles, nerves, bones, flexibility, and immunity.

Morning exercises will enhance the secretion of endorphins (a hormone that keeps you happy and energetic throughout the day.

  • Walk daily to breathe in the fresh air, it will help you achieve control over your life, touching the earth, inhaling fresh air, getting sunlight under the open sky will connect you with five elements of the universe and that will help you in coping with your surroundings and keep you energetic.
  • Eat a balanced diet at proper times, a high protein diet will help your brain perform. Hydrate yourself, drink a lot of water while working (this will activate cells in your brain and body). Water helps detoxify your body, this helps you feel energetic for longer periods.

We hope these tips and techniques will help you set your goals and help you plan and initiate actions that help you achieve your goals. Be happy and achieve unlimited success
